Jaciellie's Blessing Day.

Today was a great day! Jaciellie had her big day today and everything went very well, we missed a few people in the circle but things turned out great. Randy had double duty today having to say the opening prayer too but he gave Jaciellie a beautiful blessing. We had Grandpa Richardson, Mike, Ryan, Ben, Andy, Clayton, Brother Johnson, Uncle Jim, and the bishopric stand in the circle. Unfortunately Kaleb was at the wrong church and despite Randy's stalling techniques missed it "BY THAT MUCH" as Randy started I turned to see him walk in! Sorry Bro. We also Missed Dave and I'm sure he would have rather been here than at home sick! After we went to the park and had a little lunch with family and friends. Aunt Tanya was able to come with Lexie and Clayton and Kylie and Tyson, Jenny made it down with Andy and Nykel and Uncle Jim. I was so happy and Aunt Connie and Grandma Allred were able to make it. Sorry Kim got sick and it allowed them to stay! Mar and Shannon were there we appreciate their support for our family! Klaye and Tara were there along with Dinah and her mother. All of Randy's Family was there. Ben came with Charity, Lisa stayed home with a sick Clayton and Kaleb and Steph and their cute little family made it on time to the lunch! Sorry if I left anyone out and Sorry to those reading this isn't more exciting it is just written so Jaciellie can know who came to support her! Her are some pics of the little princess, I will get some better one's later. The dress was a tight fit around the middle but she fit! I loved loved loved her dress poor little thing could have got lost in all the DRESS!

A little Too Much Fun??? NAH

Our Favorite cousin KIM.
It was good to see you! It's been too long!
And I had wonder where Jaciellie gets the idea
to always stick out her tongue???
TWINS????? REALLY???? never would have guessed!

This week has been great being able to have family here both for the baptism and for the blessing. I feel really blessed to have such great family to support us. I'm thankful for the one's that live close and we can see often and I'm thankful for the one's who travel so we can spend time together. It's great to sit around and visit with everyone and share lots of smiles and laughs.

baby pedicure?

I just couldn't resist. The girls were wanting their nails painted so we did all of them including Jaciellie! Her teeny tiny toes looked so cute painted. We tried the fingernails too but I should have waited until she was sleeping, didn't turn out as well and then I thought it best anyway since she puts her fingers in her mouth that would taste nasty and probably not to healthy to eat fingernail polish!

4 Generations!

This week after Jacob's baptism we were able to get a 4 generation pic with my grandma, mom, me and Jaciellie. It would have been nice to have one on the other side of the family since grandma Allred was there but too bad dad wasn't. Just a little keepsake for Jaciellie since I don't think there are a lot of people out there who have such a great opportunity to know their grandparents like I have and to still have them around to take pictures with!

My little Burrito!

Why do I get the feeling this is only the beginning of looks like this when I wake her up in the morning????

I just think this is so funny beacause none of the other kids would let me do this! Jaciellie actually really likes to be swaddled when she goes to bed. Maybe I should have kept doing it with the others and they would have slept as good!

Jacob's Special Day!

My sweet little nephew Jacob was baptized yesterday on his birthday. As a family we have all been looking forward to this day, we have all been praying that his dad would still be alive and well enough to perform this special ordinance. I was at Dave and Georgia's when Jacob came home from school. He had a lot of family there and we all began singing him Happy Birthday.  He had the cutest little smile on his face and ran to him mom for a hug. Then he went to David and it really touched me to see him holding his son and talking to him and realizing that may be the last time he sings his son Happy Birthday. Needless to say we had water works yesterday quit a bit. Dave and Georgia also received a phone call from someone very special and I know it has touched their lives greatly and it has been very special to see the care that this man has shown for their little family. He also gave them some great prophetic counsel to set another goal now that he has reached this day  and been able to baptize Jacob. I pray that he will be there to baptize Allison. The baptism went great he had a lot of family and friends there to support him and David was able to baptize and confirm him. Then Jacob was able to bear his testimony and Georgia and David bore their testimony's too it was just a great experience with the spirit yesterday. Unfortunately Dave missed the social action afterwards he was so tired he went home to bed while everyone else mingled. Aside from the Doctor appointments and sacrament meeting he doesn't make it out so it was good he was able to make it as long as he did. In all it was a wonderful day with family and a spiritual experience for me. Congratulations Dave you made it this far and here are some more goals for you...... Allison's birthday in 3 weeks, July for the family reunion, Christmas so you can use the new stocking Georgia just bought for you, Allison's baptism, and then all the other special days in the lives of your wife and children, just wake up every morning! We love ya bro.

Smiles Smiles and more Smiles

I definitely see a family resemblance here.... Just can't figure it out I'll have to see baby pics but I'm thinking KALEB????

Jaciellie has been smiling and smiling and I can't get enough of it. I love it because when you talk to her and tell her how beautiful she is she smiles so big it makes me laugh. I love that seeing a baby smile can make me laugh and feel so completely happy and full of joy. She continues to be such a good baby. She does have a fussy time everynight but other than that she is very mellow. She sleeps through the night from 10 pm -5 am about 3 times and week and other nights wakes up at 1 or 3 and then back to bed so it has been great. She is starting to coo and it is so cute I love to hear her talk and watch her as she realizes, it is her making noise.  It's  a good thing that being a mom has such great rewards! (Got to have some perks after taking care of all the other duties and other children who don't always smile and talk so cute! good thing we love them ALL no matter what!)

Happy Happy Birthday Avrie DEAR

Happy Birthday to our little princess Avrie. I hope you have a wonderful day! I need write this on the blog because that will be the first thing she asks me about when she gets home "Mom did you blog about my Birthday" She was asking about it last night making sure I was going to do it. So Avrie this is for you! (I would have done it even if she didn't ask)
You are my sweet, tenderhearted, hard working, loving, nurturing, determined, beautiful princess and I am so glad you are mine! You definitely know how to give me a run for my money when there is something you want, you know how to throw a fit for sure, but your determination is also going to make you do great things one day. I look back at when you were smaller and wish I could have those moments back. I know I can't so I will hold on to today like it was yesterday because someday I will want today back too! (does that make sense)You have brought so much joy to my life and I thank you for your sweet spirit. For your willingness to be a great big sister to Andrew and Jaciellie and a wonderful little sister to Kelsie. You do a wonderful job cleaning your room and helping around the house (when you're in the mood) and you are doing so great at gymnastics. I love to see you practicing to be the best. I love you so much little girl I hope you have a wonderful day!

(I will post pics later)

The Wedding!!!

Beautiful Bride!
I wish you could see his red boutineer a little better I don't know why it isn't showing up too good in this post.
Love the shoes!
Exchanging Vows

SO here are some pics of the Wedding we were able to go to on Monday. It was so beautiful and I am so happy for them. I have a lot of pics to edit still but here are a few of my favs I have finished. Congrats Mar and Shannon!
(notice a theme here?) I just couldn't get enough of the black and white with the red roses and her red shoes were darling. She had to have something "spanish" since she is from Spain. Kelsie and Avrie dressed in their spanish dresses later and went and had their pictures taken with the happy couple. Unfortunately my camera was on the wrong setting most of the time I was taking pics and they didn't turn out to great but oh well!

Happy Birthday to ME!!

The Back (obviously)
why do I always have droopy eyes? dang!

Happy Birthday to me..... YESTERDAY! I think it was the best birthday I have had in a long time. I usually really dread my birthday because it just never seems to go well but I really did enjoy my birthday this year. We were able to go to Cedar City on Sunday evening and have pie with Dave and Georgia it was good to see them and to have David looking good enough to enjoy the pie. It was kind of a little celebration for Avrie's birthday later this week too. We had planned to go out to breakfast on Monday then I decided I would rather enjoy the time at home visiting with mom and egg pancakes sounded better than IHOP. So mom made me some egg pancakes and bacon and juice and it was just what I wanted. Then we headed home a little earlier than planned to attend a last minute wedding for a good friend who happens to have been both Kelsie and Avrie's kindergarten teacher. It was beautiful and I was so glad we were able to go and that the weather held out for them. Then today I was able to go and get my hair done, cut and colored. (I have never had highlights in my hair before and I LOVE it) That was my gift from Randy. Well he gave me money that I was only allowed to spend on ME! It was great and I love the way it turned out. Thanks to Courtney and TEASE salon she did great! It felt so good to see Randy after work and hear him say how HOT his girlfriend looked!(That would be me!) Randy also gave me some perfume and a beautiful card. He made sure I read it, he said it really meant something it wasn't just picked off the shelf at random. It was so sweet. I love you babe thanks for a good birthday!

I was wondering how long it would take

Today was the day Andrew got it all figured out. He came out of the bedroom and plopped himself down on the floor with a baby doll wrapped in a blankie and a bottle all ready to feed her. He unwrapped her from the blanket and put the doll on his legs and started feeding her the bottle it was so cute. At least he wasn't trying to nurse the doll. He is such a good big brother and helper. What a sweet boy. I'm glad he's not all rough a tumble but sweet and sensitive too.

This one's for you Mom... I'll send you the bill later :D

Mom has always said she thought it would be so cute to have a baby suck their thumb. Well that is exactly what I got Jaciellie doing today. I have to admit I have also thought it would be cute. I thought mom would have changed her mind about that now that she is working for an orthodontist but maybe they don't think sucking their thumb is bad??? well ok maybe they do since I remember that being a question on the paper work for Kelsie this week. I called mom to tell her she had a thumb sucker (at least for an afternoon) I said I would send her the bill she laughs and says good thing you get 10 % off because I work there! (lol) Love ya mom hope you enjoy your thumb sucker:D

Any Indication of a TEENAGER????

BEFORE clear as the skies
AFTER:( I don't know after what) but baby broke out

So my pretty little babies face now looks like a teenager! Hopefully not what she will look like as a teenager or I'm pretty sure she won't be too happy about that. WELCOME baby ACNE. I guess she can thank me for the last little bit of hormones she got from me before she made her grand entrance into this world. At least that is what the internet says about it. Luckily....  she can't blame me when she is a teenager and it's her own hormones causing her grief. Well... she probably will anyway.  I think she's beautiful anyway!

GOOD NEWS ;D

I took the kids to the dentist on Thursday thinking there was no way we were getting out of there without some cavitites. Well I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were all good. Kelsie clean as a whistle, Andrew my "eat nothing but candy and some how survive" clean as a whistle, Avrie, well one little cavity he fixed right on the spot so no biggie. Boy was I relieved. I also had them take x rays for me since my whole upper left side has been killing me for about 2 weeks. Last sunday my teeth hurt so bad my whole left side of my face hurt. I was really glad to have the meds left over from having Jaciellie. Turn out it was just from my sinus infection. YEAH and I only say YEAH because it means no cavity and no bad tooth under my crown and that is what I was dreading. Crazy how those sinuses can affect your teeth like that. Kelsie also went to the orthodontist while we were in town. She went where Mom works and he was a really nice guy. They are waiting a few more months for her missing teeth to come in a little better then they will put in the expander to give her big teeth room to come in her tiny little mouth ;D
So here is my shout out for the great dentist. Not just for my kids not having to have any major dental work this visit but because he has always been so great. Great enough he keeps me driving to Cedar City just to go to the Dentist.  I used to hate the dentist, well I still kind of do but he is so good at giving shots you don't even feel it and he hasn't even had to give my kids shots to fill their caivities he is able to be quick and gently without it and they don't even notice. Even Randy had a cavity filled at his hand without a shot he's that GREAT!
Thanks Dr. Fackrell I am really glad to hear you are not retiring any time soon!

A NeW ToY!!

I GUESS SHE LIKES IT!

Jaciellie got a new toy, I guess that means Andrew did too! He was more than Happy to help Jaciellie figure things out. What a good big brother! I decided to buy this play mat because I feel so bad when she is wide awake with nothing to look at but me. I love to just hold her and look at her bright wide eyes but there is something so sad about just getting a blank stare back. I know that is all she does with the play mat too (blank star at the pretty pink butterfly) but oh well at least I can think she is getting some stimulation.
